Photo Release for club website/Courier: Anything copyrighted needs to have written permission from the
photographer, and 'photo credit' visible under photo. If a club member submits a copyrighted photo, permission to
display the photo on the website needs to be obtained. This should not be a 'he/she said I could use the photo."
Some show photos may not be copyrighted, but are taken by a professional photographer at a show. Once the handler
purchases a photo, it becomes the handler's property; they can share it, but the photographer should be given 'photo
credit'. Sometimes that is already an imprint on the photo, but if not, we should provide the photo credit.
It will be assumed that club members sending photos for the website and/or Courier, are giving permission to ICCKC
to use said photo/s for club purposes. A club member's email with a photo attachment will be considered permission
to use the attached photo.
Photographs taken at matches or other ICCKC sponsored events by a club member on behalf of the club, are club
property and can be used as seen fit.
Photos of Juniors: Written permission from parents is necessary to take photos of children and to post or publish
those photos on the website/Courier.
